384. (Repealed).

384. While the notice provided for in section 386 remains unpublished, the council may withdraw the by-law and cancel the proceedings relating thereto by ordering, by resolution, the clerk to inform the persons concerned of such decisions by means of a public notice to be published within eight days of the date of such resolution.
